You really only need to uninstall a driver if it's malfunctioning and then that's a step to troubleshoot it: uninstall in Apps & Features, also in Device Manager.
Then reinstall from the PC or device maker's Support Downloads web page the latest version of that driver.
You should also regularly check for newer to Update your drivers from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads web page, using the full model number, Serial Number or Dell Service Tag on sticker. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start Menu. Make sure you have the latest BIOS or UEFI firmware, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.
Windows Update will also update some drivers but this is not enough in Windows 10. You need to make sure you don't have newer or better ones from the device manufacturer.
